This website is operated by Sunshine Electronics USA (“we,” “us,” “our”). Sunshine Electronics USA is an online retailer and service provider specializing in electronics, custom computers, watches, watch modifications, media, collectibles, parts, repairs, and related goods and services.

By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

SECTION 2 – WATCH-SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER

By purchasing watches or watch-related services from Sunshine Electronics USA, you acknowledge and agree that:

Modified, refurbished, or custom watches may contain aftermarket, replacement, or non-original parts.
Watch modifications void any original manufacturer warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Sunshine Electronics USA is not affiliated with or endorsed by any watch manufacturer, including but not limited to Seiko, Rolex, Citizen, Omega, or others.
Vintage and used watches may show normal wear, patina, lume aging, dial variation, bezel alignment variance, or cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and use.
Timekeeping accuracy, power reserve, water resistance, and durability may vary and are not guaranteed beyond stated specifications.
Water resistance ratings (if stated) are not permanent and may degrade over time or after servicing.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOM & MODIFIED PRODUCTS

All custom-built computers, custom electronics, custom watches, watch modifications, personalized items, and made-to-order products are considered custom goods.

Custom orders are final sale once production or modification has begun.
Specifications are confirmed at time of order; minor component substitutions of equal or better quality may occur due to availability.
Cosmetic differences are normal and not considered defects.

SECTION 4 – USED, REFURBISHED & VINTAGE ITEMS

Used, refurbished, and vintage items are sold “as is”, unless otherwise stated.

Items may show signs of prior use.
Compatibility with modern systems or software is not guaranteed.
Media items may show cosmetic wear but are tested when possible.
Electronics and consoles may be refurbished using third-party replacement parts.

SECTION 5 – SERVICES & REPAIRS

Repair and service work is performed based on customer-provided information and inspection.

Sunshine Electronics USA is not responsible for pre-existing internal damage, corrosion, liquid exposure, or undocumented prior repairs.
Repairs do not restore items to “new” condition.
No guarantee is made that all issues can be repaired or that future failures will not occur.

SECTION 6 – LIMITED IN-HOUSE WARRANTY (NEW ITEMS ONLY)

Sunshine Electronics USA may provide a limited in-house warranty on new items only, unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Coverage:

Covers manufacturer or assembly defects only
Valid for 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified
Repair or replacement at our discretion

Warranty Exclusions:

Used, refurbished, vintage, or modified items
Custom orders
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
Water damage, power surges, or environmental damage

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

SECTION 7 – PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping times are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs actions, or packages marked delivered.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Custom, modified, used, refurbished, clearance, and service-related purchases may not be eligible for return.

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunshine Electronics USA disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sunshine Electronics USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, compatibility issues, or cosmetic dissatisfaction within disclosed tolerances.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunshine Electronics USA from any claim arising from your use, resale, modification, or misuse of purchased products.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
