ORDER PROCESSING TIMES



Order processing times vary by product type:


  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days
  • Custom computers & custom electronics: 5–14 business days
  • Custom or modified watches: 5–14 business days
  • Repair & service orders: Processing and return shipment times depend on service complexity



Processing times do not include shipping transit time.


We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.





SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS



We ship using reputable carriers, which may include:


  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (international shipments)



Carrier selection is based on item value, size, destination, and customer-selected shipping options.





DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value items.






INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING



International shipping availability varies by destination.


Customers are responsible for:


  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Compliance with local import laws



Sunshine Electronics USA is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or rejected shipments.





CUSTOM, MODIFIED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS



Custom-built, modified, or made-to-order items:


  • Begin production after payment confirmation
  • Cannot be expedited once production begins
  • Are final sale unless otherwise stated



Estimated completion times are provided but not guaranteed.





SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS



We reserve the right to refuse shipping to:


  • Certain international destinations
  • PO Boxes for high-value items
  • Addresses associated with prior fraud or delivery issues



Some items (e.g., smoking paraphernalia, electronics, batteries) may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.





ADDRESS ACCURACY



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.





RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION



Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.


Sunshine Electronics USA is not responsible for:


  • Packages marked as “delivered” but claimed missing
  • Theft after delivery
  • Carrier delays or mishandling



Shipping insurance may be included or offered for high-value shipments at our discretion.





LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS



If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit:


  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Claims may require carrier investigation and documentation.



Resolution is subject to carrier policies and insurance coverage.





REPAIRS & RETURN SHIPMENTS



For repair or service orders:


  • Customers are responsible for shipping items to us unless otherwise stated.
  • Return shipping costs may be included or billed separately.
  • Sunshine Electronics USA is not responsible for items damaged during inbound shipping.






MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS



Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.


Custom and in-stock items may ship independently to avoid delays.





DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE



We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disputes
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Government or customs actions
